Self-Discovery through Mindful Prayer

Self-Discovery Through Mindful Prayer is a transformative 5-week mindfulness group experience designed to guide participants on a journey of self-exploration and growth. Led by Cadija Barnett, a seasoned Licensed Holistic Psychotherapist with 15 years of experience in counseling and spiritual guidance, this group offers a safe and nurturing space for individuals to embark on their mindfulness practices.

 

Throughout the program, attendees will delve into various themes including creating a sacred space for mindfulness, therapeutic journaling, embracing principles of Self-love and Gratitude, Innerstanding and Discernment, and cultivating Peace and Harmony within themselves and their surroundings.

 

Each week, participants will gather via Zoom for engaging and interactive sessions where they will explore mindfulness techniques infused with prayer from the book A Prayer's Journey: Your Guide to Self-Discovery, fostering a deeper connection to themselves and the Elemental community. The post-group meetup, held after the end of the 5-weeks, will provide opportunities to further strengthen bonds within the group and support ongoing growth and development.

 

This group is ideal for those seeking to incorporate mindfulness practices into their daily lives, regardless of their level of experience. Join me on this enriching journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.
